I also utilize mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I also have a first-person understanding of neurodiverse experiences as someone diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s.. Together, we’ll work on strategies to manage stressors, build resilience, and leverage your unique abilities for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

SPECIALIZING IN Telehealth for:
01
ADHD Adults
As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) I use evidence-based techniques, primarily Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help adults with ADHD improve time management, organization, and reduce impulsivity. CBT for ADHD is highly effective AND practical. I focus on skill-building for better productivity, executive functioning, and emotional regulation, using mindfulness, humor, and DBT to address feelings of shame or rejection related to ADHD.
02
Autistic Adults
As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), I offer personalized psychotherapy for adults who identify as having Autism, regardless of formal diagnosis. My approach uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to improve mental health, social skills, emotional regulation, and prevent and manage Autistic burnout. Practical skills training and integrated plans for co-occurring conditions like ADHD and OCD enhance independence and well-being for adults with Autism.
03
Adults with OCD
I treat OCD primarily utilizing Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD, or I-CBT. I-CBT is an “up-stream” approach, which provides a deeper understanding of the reasoning behind obsessive beliefs. Many people find this to be more tolerable and informative than other approaches such as ERP. I am also trained in ERP but find that the curious nature of neurodiverse people with OCD aligns best with I-CBT.
04
Anxious Adults
I treat anxiety using a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). CBT helps challenge irrational thoughts, mindfulness reduces stress, and DBT manages intense emotions and improves relationships. Together, these methods offer a comprehensive approach to understanding and managing symptoms of anxiety for long-term mental health.
05
LGBTQIA+ Adults
I provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, offering a safe, supportive space to explore sexual orientation, gender identity, and mental health without judgment. My approach addresses challenges like coming out, relationships, discrimination, and identity-related stress. I also help build resilience, self-compassion, and self-advocacy, fostering a strong sense of self and community. Many adult members of the LGBTQIA+ community struggle with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and autism. I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help minimize the negative impacts of mental health issues for queer adults.
06
College Students
I help college students by offering tailored therapy to address challenges like anxiety, ADHD, social skills, and identity exploration. Using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I provide support for managing stress, emotions, relationships, and academic pressures. My approach focuses on improving mental health, building practical life skills, and fostering self-compassion and resilience, all within a safe, non-judgmental space.
